Botswana – Copper-Silver Portfolio
Verity Resources holds a portfolio of copper-silver and nickel-copper-PGE projects across one of Africa’s most prospective critical metals provinces the Limpopo Mobile Belt of eastern Botswana. Botswana is a politically stable, mining-friendly jurisdiction with an established regulatory framework and a long history of responsible resource development.

High-grade copper-silver discoveries — Airstrip and Dibete
Drilling at the Airstrip and Dibete projects has identified high-grade copper-silver mineralisation within the Kalahari Copper Belt — a structural trend attracting major mining company attention due to its geological similarity to the Central African Copperbelt. Recent exploration by NexMetals Mining Corp at nearby Selebi deposits in the same geological corridor has delivered high-grade intercepts, validating the district’s potential.
Maibele North — Nickel-Copper-PGE Resource
The Maibele North project hosts a JORC 2012 Mineral Resource of 2.4Mt at 0.72% Ni and 0.21% Cu, plus platinum group metals, cobalt and gold, associated with ultramafic intrusions within Limpopo Mobile Belt rocks. The style of mineralisation is broadly comparable to globally significant deposits including Nova-Bollinger (ASX: IGO), Julimar (ASX: CHN) and the Thompson Belt in Canada — multi-metal systems that typically carry nickel, copper, cobalt and platinum group elements.
Why Botswana
The copper supply deficit is structural and well-documented. Global copper demand is forecast to double by 2035 driven by electrification and renewable energy infrastructure, against a pipeline of new supply that is materially insufficient to meet that demand. Botswana’s stable, transparent jurisdiction stands in marked contrast to the DRC and Zambia, which dominate most copper exploration narratives but carry significantly higher political and regulatory risk.
